All software, branding, designs, and platform content remain the property of Shortify and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without explicit permission.

We may integrate with third-party services such as authentication providers, cloud infrastructure, analytics, and payment processors. Their terms and privacy policies govern your use of those services.

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service or permanent storage of links and analytics. Scheduled maintenance or unexpected outages may occur.
