By accessing or using Shortify, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.

Shortify provides URL shortening, link management, QR code generation, analytics, and subscription-based tiering to help you share and track links efficiently.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Paid subscription plans (PRO, Enterprise) provide increased quotas for shortened links, API keys, rate limits, and custom domain access.

All payments are processed securely through authorized payment gateway partners (including Razorpay). Prices are listed in INR or USD as indicated at checkout. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method (Card, UPI, Net Banking, Wallet) for the subscription fee plus any applicable taxes.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (Monthly or Yearly) at the prevailing rate unless canceled prior to the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Billing Dashboard to prevent future recurring charges.

Subscription fees are charged in advance and are generally non-refundable once activated, except where explicitly required by applicable consumer law or in the case of verified duplicate transaction errors. If a payment fails, your plan may revert to the Free tier until successful payment verification.

You agree not to use the Service for phishing or fraudulent activities, malware distribution, spam or unsolicited communications, illegal or harmful content, violating intellectual property rights, or any abusive or malicious activities. You are solely responsible for the content and destination of the URLs you shorten.

We reserve the right to disable links or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or pose security risks, without prior notice and at our sole discretion.

Shortify provides real-time analytics including click counts, browser information, device data, geographic insights, and referral sources. Quota limits for link creation and API requests are enforced strictly based on your active plan tier.

All software, branding, designs, and platform content remain the property of Shortify and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without explicit permission.

We integrate with third-party infrastructure and payment gateways (such as Razorpay). Your payment transactions are subject to the terms and privacy practices of those payment processors in addition to these Terms.

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to adjust plan features, pricing, or rate limits with reasonable advance notice to users.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shortify shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Service or billing failures.

We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service operates, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
